Convening Meeting : Review canvassing procedures as necessary, provide instructions regarding absentee ballots. Commence processing mail or absentee ballots received. |

Pre-Election Meeting : Resolve any ballots and issues of voter intent requiring Board’s determination. |

First Post-Election Meeting : Review preliminary abstract of votes. Resolve any special-case ballots and issues of voter intent requiring Board’s determination. Consider voter registration challenges submitted within thirty-day period prior to the election. |
