Enumclaw School District No. 216 - Proposition No. 1

School Construction, Modernization
And Improvement Bonds - $45,334,000

The Board of Directors of Enumclaw School District No. 216 adopted Resolution No. 868, concerning a proposition to finance, construct, modernize and improve school facilities. This proposition would authorize the District to construct and equip a new J.J. Smith Elementary School, modernize Enumclaw High School, Enumclaw Middle School, Byron Kibler, Westwood and Black Diamond Elementary Schools, and make safety, transportation, technology and electrical improvements to existing schools, facilities and sites; issue no more than $45,334,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay such bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 868.

Fire Protection District No. 16
Proposition No. 1

Authorizing Property Tax Levy For
Fire And Emergency Services

The Board of Commissioners of King County Fire Protection District No. 16 adopted Resolution No. 03-21 proposing to levy a regular property tax of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00) per One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) of assessed value upon all the taxable property within the District in 2004 for collection in 2005. This shall not be construed to authorize an excess levy and shall be subject to otherwise applicable statutory dollar rate limitations.

Fire Protection District No. 24 - Proposition No. 1

Proposed Decrease In Board Of Commissioners

Fire Protection District No. 45 - Proposition No. 1

Authorizing Increase In Regular Property Tax Levy

The Board of Commissioners of King County Fire Protection District No. 45 adopted Resolution No. 266 concerning a proposition to increase regular property tax rates. This proposition would approve regular property taxes higher than the limits in Chapter 84.55 RCW, levying a regular property tax of One Dollar and 50/100 ($1.50) per One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) of assessed value on all taxable property within the District in 2004 for collection in 2005. This shall not be construed to authorize an excess levy and shall be subject to otherwise applicable statutory dollar rate limitations.

Public Hospital District No. 2 - Proposition No. 1

Evergreen Hospital Improvement
General Obligation Bonds - $120,000,000

The Board of Commissioners of Public Hospital District No. 2 adopted Resolution No. 740-04 concerning a proposition to finance improvements to Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. The improvements include a new and expanded Emergency Department and a new facility for surgery rooms, inpatient beds and other improvements, all meeting seismic standards and community need. Approval of the ballot proposition would authorize issuance of up to $120,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within twenty years to pay for such improvements and the levy of annual excess property taxes to pay and retire the bonds, all as provided in the Resolution.
