When call volumes on the 206-296-VOTE info line spiked this morning, King County Elections added 12 additional lines for incoming callers. So far, despite the higher than normal voter turnout, call volumes have been manageable.
This is one of the two large phone bank rooms where staff are answering those phone lines.

Two of the most frequent questions are "How do I find my polling place?" and "How do I find out if I'm registered or not?"
The 206-296-VOTE phone bank will be open until 8 p.m. tonight when polls close. Reminder: voters who are in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to cast a ballot.
