Where will you choose to vote? Our first submissions!

More than 120,000 ballots have already been returned and are being processed at the Elections Headquarters in Tukwila.

We asked voters where they voted and we've received our first submissions.

"My kitchen table"-- Martha from Seattle

"I voted at home and mailed it. My husband did the same. Very dull."-- Brenda from Seattle

"I voted at the post office the day my ballot arrived." -- Elizabeth from Seattle

I don't object to introducing a human interest angle in the arcane world of government, but come on. Do you really expect many interesting answers? In front of the TV, at the kitchen table, in my home office - ho hum. Maybe on the bus to work.

We don't really know what to expect, but we're hoping to get some fun responses back, in addition to the ones you mentioned. Of all of the places to choose, I ended up filling out my ballot on the dining room table-- not too exciting, but it worked for me.

Well, I HATE this voting only by mail. I hope more people will vote this way, but it's really boring to me! I just now found out there are a very few places where we can actually vote in person. But, the impression was put out there that "by mail" is the ONLY option. a little bit misleading, don't you think??
