Tabulation begins at election headquarters in Renton. Shirley Lawall and Donald Lueckert begin tabulation of absentee ballots. With just 139,000 absentee ballots received to date, turnout may be lower than early projections. Today’s morning mail pick-up is estimated to have 50,000 – 55,000 ballots.
