Many projects have been undertaken since the implementation of the Green Building Initiative.
- Creation and launch of the online LEED® Supplement for King County
- Compilation of an annual progress report (PDF, 435 K) of LEED projects
- Planning of professionally facilitated eco-charrettes to train and familiarize members of the team, as well as project managers, budget personnel, planners, designers and engineers on LEED and sustainable building techniques, approaches and materials
- LEED for Existing Buildings Gold rating for King Street Center
