By recycling your Christmas tree, you’ll give it a new life as wood chips or compost! And, you’ll help reduce greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change.

• Fundraising events: Many community groups sponsor Christmas tree-cycling fundraising events. For a small donation, they will deliver your tree to a commercial recycler. Look for fliers in your neighborhood during the holiday season.
