Eeek-o-friendly Halloween

Caterpillar costume. The "rings" on the caterpillar are made from old children's tights in bright colors. The tights are stuffed with old packing peanuts.

Bat costume. The bat's wings are from an old black umbrella that was broken on a windy day. The ears are also made from bits of the umbrella and glued to a black headband.

Traffic light costume. A box was painted black, and recycled plastic lids are used for the lights. The covers on the lights are made from old paper plates.
