Low-Interest Loans
Low-interest loans to finance site cleanup activities are available through the Washington Coalition Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund (external link).
- King County, in partnership with the State of Washington Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development, offers low-interest loans to finance site cleanup activities. Interest rates are set on a case-by-case basis.
- Private businesses and landowners, nonprofit organizations and municipalities are eligible and must apply through King County.
