Project description

The Military Road S. @ S. 342nd Street project will design and construct a northbound left-turn lane at the intersection and a two way left turn lane between S. 340th Street and S. 342nd Street.

Why is King County doing this project?

Ranked #21 on May 2006 signal priority array and #48 on the HAL 2007 list. This section of roadway has a history of collisions involving northbound rear-end accidents.

Status as of December 17, 2014

Construction is complete. The Final Inspection was held on June 19, 2014.
