Week-long road closure set for
228^th Avenue SE near Enumclaw

The King County Road Services Division will close a section of 228^th Avenue Southeast near the intersection with Southeast 448^th Street west of Enumclaw beginning Friday, Feb. 25. The road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on a daily basis on weekdays through Friday, March 4.

The short section of 228^th Avenue Southeast that will be closed is immediately south of the intersection. During the closure, crews will be replacing a culvert under the road.

Motorists can detour via Southeast 452^nd Street, which becomes Southeast 456^th Way, to 244^th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 448^th Street.
