Week-long road closure set for
228th Avenue SE near Enumclaw

The King County Road Services Division will close a section of 228th Avenue Southeast near the intersection with Southeast 448th Street west of Enumclaw beginning Friday, Feb. 25. The road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on a daily basis on weekdays through Friday, March 4.

The short section of 228th Avenue Southeast that will be closed is immediately south of the intersection. During the closure, crews will be replacing a culvert under the road.

Motorists can detour via Southeast 452nd Street, which becomes Southeast 456th Way, to 244th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 448th Street.
