Weekend closure for NE 124th Street near Duvall

The King County Road Services Division will close a section of Northeast 124th Street south of Duvall this weekend to install a new culvert.

The road will be closed between State Route 203 and West Snoqualmie Valley Road from 5 p.m. Friday, July 30 to 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 2, while crews install a larger culvert under the roadway to reduce flooding problems near Pickering Creek. The larger culvert should also reduce the amount of sediment entering the creek.

Motorists should use alternate routes during the closure.
