The King County International
Airport (Boeing Field) will celebrate its 75th Anniversary by
officially re-opening its newly renovated passenger terminal building on
Friday, Sept. 26th at 10 a.m.

while still maintaining the building’s historic charm.
Following the re-opening ceremony, the airport will hold an open house
allowing the general public to tour the new terminal until 4 p.m. The open
house will continue on Saturday, Sept. 27th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Vintage aircraft including a Boeing 247D, one of only four in the world and
considered the first modern airliner will be on display, along with historical
memorabilia and photos.
The airport is located at 7277 Perimeter Road, just off Airport Way in
Seattle.
