Share a memory about Metro

King County Metro Transit is celebrating 30 years of service during 2003 — and the state’s largest transit agency has Metro riders and employees to thank for its success!

Throughout the year, Metro will be collecting people's favorite "Metro memories." Anyone is invited to share a special Metro memory. Do you remember an exceptional driver? Do you have a favorite route? Do you have a particular childhood memory of a bus trip on Metro or the old Seattle Transit System? Or, maybe you even met a special someone while riding Metro?

Submit your memories online by May 31, 2003 using the online form at , or mail them to:

Metro Memories
201 S. Jackson St.
MS KSC-TR-0817
Seattle, WA 98104-3856

Submissions should be 150 words or less and must include name, city and daytime phone number for verification; however, only first names will be published in the online scrapbook.

Some Metro memories have already been published in the online scrapbook.

Metro thanks everyone for 30 wonderful years!
