Daytime closure set for section of Maxwell Road

The King County Department of Transportation will be closing a half-mile section of Maxwell Road near Maple Valley for 12-hour shifts beginning Monday, Aug. 13.

The road will be closed in the 21200 block every day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday, Aug. 13, through Monday, Aug. 20.

The closure is necessary so that crews can do work along Taylor Creek.
