![]() July 20, 2007 Voter registration deadlines fast approachingTo be eligible to vote in the early, August 21, primary, residents have until Saturday, July 21 to mail in their registrations or update their addresses with King County Elections. Registering to vote is easy—simply fill out a registration form found at www.kingcounty.gov/elections and mail it to King County Elections, postmarked by this Saturday. Voters can also conveniently e-mail or fax address changes within King County by Saturday, to voter.services@kingcounty.gov or fax to 206-296-0108. A drop box will also be available through midnight on Saturday, July 21 at the King County Courthouse Security Desk (enter the building on Third Avenue). To register to vote in the August 21 primary:

King County Elections is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is located in the King County Administration Building at 500 Fourth Ave, Room 553, in downtown Seattle. New Washington residents or first-time voters have until August 6 to register in person at King County Elections or at any of the seven King County Community Service Centers located throughout the county. For more information on King County’s Community Service Centers, please visit your.kingcounty.gov/csc/. Community Service Centers have convenient evening hours but are not open on the weekends.
