Raymond R. Goforth
Ray Goforth holds a law degree from the University of Washington and an undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College. For the past eight years, Ray has worked as a Union Representative for the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 with previous experience at a variety of government and non-profit entities.
Candidate statement: It’s been a pleasure serving on the Personnel Board where I’ve been effective at bringing balance to the Board by articulating the employee perspective and experience to my fellow Board members. It would be an honor to be elected to serve another term.
