To meet the statutory requirements regarding the canvassing of election ballots and to accommodate members' schedules as much as possible, the following meetings of the Canvassing Board are:

2 p.m. 下午二時正	Friday 星期五	April 21, 2006 二零零六年四月二十一日 Admin. Building 景郡行政大樓	Convening Meeting: Review canvassing procedures, provide instructions regarding handling of absentee ballots. Commence processing mail or absentee ballots received. 召開會議：檢閱選舉審核委員會程序，訂立處理缺席/郵寄選票章程。開始處理已收到的缺席/郵寄選票。
9 a.m. 上午九點正	Friday 星期五	May 12, 2006 二零零六年五月十二日 TEA 臨時選舉部附加辦公室	Pre-Election Meeting: Review provisional ballots and any special-case mail ballots received. Make determination regarding issues of voters' intent. 選舉前會議：檢閱臨時選票及任何收到的特殊選票。決定選民旨意上的問題。
2 p.m. 下午二時正	Friday 星期五	May 19, 2006 二零零六年五月十九日 TEA 臨時選舉部附加辦公室	First Post-Election Meeting: Review preliminary abstract of votes. Review provisional ballots and mail ballots received for issues of voter intent. Consider voter registration challenges submitted within thirty-day period prior to the election and issues of voters' intent. 選舉後第一次會議：檢閱初步完成的選票統計摘要。檢閱臨時選票及所有為選民旨意問題而收到的郵寄選票。考慮及處理在選舉前三十天內提出的選民登記質詢與選民旨意上的疑問。
2 p.m. 下午二時正	Tuesday 星期二	May 23, 2006 二零零六年五月二十三日 TEA 臨時選舉部附加辦公室	Second Post-Election Meeting: Review provisional ballots and mail ballots received for issues of voter intent. 選舉後第二次會議：檢閱臨時選票及因選民旨意有疑問而收到的郵寄選票。
10 a.m. 上午十點正	Thursday 星期四	May 25,, 2006 二零零六年五月二十五日 TEA 臨時選舉部附加辦公室	Final Post-Election Meeting: Complete the canvassing process; review the Director's Abstract of Votes, and direct preparation of election certificate. 選舉後最後的會議：完成統計選票程序；檢閱選舉部處長的選票統計摘要，及直接預備選舉證書。
9 a.m. 上午九點正	Friday 星期五	May 26, 2006 二零零六年五月二十六日 TEA 臨時選舉部附加辦公室	Certification Meeting: Approve corrective action for discrepancies or errors resulting from abstract review, if any. Sign the certificate. 確證會議：如檢閱摘要時發現有差異及出錯，指令進行修正工作。簽署證書。

The Convening Meeting scheduled for Friday, April 21 will be held at the Records, Elections and Licensing Services Director's office, Room 553, King County Administration Building. All other meetings will be held on the 3rd floor of the Temporary Elections Annex (TEA) at 9010 East Marginal Way South, Tukwila, WA, unless otherwise advised.

The Logic and Accuracy Test for the May Special Election will be held on May 12, 2006 at the Temporary Elections Annex (TEA) at 9010 East Marginal Way South, Tukwila, WA at 1:30 p.m. The Canvassing Board does not need to be present at the Logic and Accuracy Test.
五月特別選舉的邏輯及準確性測試將於二零零六年五月十二日，下午一時三十分在華盛頓州西雅圖市南第一街3901號的郵寄選票處理中心舉行。
