Schedule of Canvassing Board Meetings

2004 General Election Manual Recount

To meet the statutory requirements regarding the canvassing of election ballots and to accommodate members’ schedules as much as possible, the following meetings of the Canvassing Board are:

Time	Day	Date	Meeting
2:00 p.m.	Monday	December 20, 2004	Second Recount Meeting: Resolve any issues of voters’ intention requiring the Board’s determination.
3:00 p.m.	Tuesday	December 21, 2004	Third Recount Meeting: Resolve any issues of voters’ intention requiring the Board’s determination.
UPDATED 10:00 a.m.	Thursday	December 23, 2004	** Tentative meeting pending a ruling from the Washington State Supreme Court.
3:00 p.m.	Thursday	December 23, 2004	Third Recount Meeting: Certify results of the manual recount, pending the State Supreme Court's ruling.

Meetings will be held in the King County Council Chambers located on the 10th floor of the King County Courthouse, 516 - 3rd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104.
