King County Local Voters Pamphlet

  As an incumbent councilmember for the City of Algona, I have decided to run for another term on the council. The past four years have been rewarding and challenging and I feel I have done an exceptional job in keeping the goals that have been set, having lived in Algona for the last 15 years, and been active in various leadership positions in my church along with the duties on the Algona City Council, volunteering many hours towards the citizens of the Algona community and have done so diligently and with dignity. I am proud of the work that has been accomplished on the City Council and would appreciate your vote.

  My family and I have lived in Algona for over 6 years. I'll vigorously protect our small town quality of life, create more activities for our kids and improve communication between the city and residents.

  I will work to implement a city newsletter, set up an official web site and give residents more opportunities for input. The city needs to do a better job of informing the citizens about current and upcoming issues. I'll work to make sure you get your moneys worth out of your city government and that you'll have a voice in the direction we move tomorrow as a community. I will see that your interests are represented.
