Voters Pamphlet

Special Elections - Feb. 4, 2003

The printing and distribution of the Voter’s Pamphlet is coordinated by King County Records, Elections and Licensing Services Division, Elections Office. Not all jurisdictions with measures on the ballot chose to participate in the February 4 Special Elections Voter’s Pamphlet. Of the nine jurisdictions on the February 4 Special Elections ballot, those participating in this year’s Voter’s Pamphlet include:
