Gilbert Bill TRACY Continuing improvements to the operation and maintenance of YOUR sewage system, including its low monthly costs, is the reason I am seeking RE-ELECTION. Over the past ten years that I have served you, we have accomplished many improvements thanks to the judicious use of one percent Public Works Trust Fund Loans and relatively small rate increases. Both have enabled us to rehabilitate much of the mainline in White Center, decrease odor at both plants, extend the Fourth South Interceptor to serve the Arbor Lake area, and install a new digestive system at Salmon Creek, one which has already greatly reduced the need to truck sludge and will soon produce a class A saleable soil nutrient.
