List of Candidates for
SW SUBURBAN SEWER DISTRICT COMMISSIONER POS. NO. 02 :

Bill
TRACY

Continuing improvements to the operation and maintenance of YOUR sewage system, including its low monthly costs, is the reason I am seeking RE-ELECTION. Over the past ten years that I have served you, we have accomplished many improvements thanks to the judicious use of one percent Public Works Trust Fund Loans and relatively small rate increases. Both have enabled us to rehabilitate much of the mainline in White Center, decrease odor at both plants, extend the Fourth South Interceptor to serve the Arbor Lake area, and install a new digestive system at Salmon Creek, one which has already greatly reduced the need to truck sludge and will soon produce a class A saleable soil nutrient. I am proud of these accomplishments as well as of instigating the low income rate relief plan and a compromise which lowered street light costs in the White Center area.

Timothy
RAMSEY

A resident of North Highline for many years, I have served as a volunteer in a wide range of public services, including: Elected to the North Highline Council; Chaired the Governance, Sewer District/Utilities and Parks/Open Spaces Committees; Served as a member on the Sewer District's Citizen Advisory Committee. Employed by the Seattle School District for 16 years I have also served as a consultant for Edmonds Community College.

By attending Sewer District meetings I became aware of unethical and money wasting practices. Ratepayers have the right to expect honesty and integrity from the people they elect. I want to represent you as a sewer commissioner. You will receive the honest and dedicated representation you are entitled to. I will appreciate your vote. Thank you.
