List of Candidates for KENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 415 DIRECTOR DISTRICT NO. 05, 4 YR TERM Sandy Collins Sandy Collins     During my years on the Board, we have seen both rapid growth and demographic changes in our community and school district. The introduction of school reform legislation requires the Kent School District to be more innovative in developing programs to meet the needs of all our students. We must continually balance these needs and the resources available to us, be responsive to the community, and develop and administer clear policies and procedures.     I will continue to work to ensure that we provide the best possible opportunities for all our children to be successful learners.
