NO. 02, 4 YR TERM Troy Romero Troy Romero I am grateful for the opportunity I have had to serve as one of the original city council members, and especially as your current mayor. Sammamish is a great city! As you know, as a Council we have worked hard to create and enhance our "family friendly, kid safe" community. We have built new roads, bought more parkland, hired more police officers, and put in more sidewalks, without raising your property taxes. We have also done much to strengthen families in our community, such as holding the first ever Family Summit and establishing a Youth Advisory Council. While we as a Council have done much, there is still much to do. I would like to continue to serve you on the Council as we continue to strive to make this the best city in which to live and raise a family.
