Request: Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and Critical Areas Alteration Exception

Project Location: The SSDP is located on NE Union Hill Rd, west of the  intersection of 196th Ave NE where Evans Creek passes underneath the road.  The CAAE is required for improvements proposed within wetland buffers, stream relocations, and stormwater discharge areas.  
Proposals: The Novelty Hill Road Project is along a 4-mile corridor and includes improvements to the existing roadway and construction of a new segment of roadway.  The projects proposed are associated with the Novelty Hill road  improvements.  The proposal is to construct a new wider bridge with wider approaches over Evans Creek with stream enhancements and restoration.  The CAAE includes mitigations to various wetland in the project area.
