| Appeal Procedures: | The Shoreline Substantial
Development Permit (SSDP) decision may be appealed to the
State Shoreline Hearings Board. Information on appeal procedures may
be obtained from the Shoreline Hearings Board at (360) 459-6327 or the
Washington State Department of Ecology Shoreline Appeals Coordinator
at (360) 407-6528. Requests for review by the Hearings Board must be
received by the Shoreline Hearings Board within twenty-one (21) days
of the "date of filing." The "date of filing" is
the date the local decision on the permit is received by the
Department of Ecology. |
