As the county continues to deal with the recent storms I hope that you found some time to enjoy the holidays with friends and family. During these winter months please remember to spend time with loved ones by enjoying some of South King County’s community arts and cultural events. Our community has an array of rich and diverse programs that are sure to entertain everyone in the family. One of the major accomplishments this fall was the closing of a $93 million shortfall in the King County budget. While we made significant cuts, I focused my priorities on preserving public safety and our quality of life. In this e-Newsletter you will find some updates on what I have been working on throughout the fall, as well as some exciting community and cultural events that South King County has to offer. Throughout my years in public office, my top priority has always been to be responsive to the needs and concerns of the constituents that I serve. As always, I encourage you to contact my office at (206) 296-1007 or email pete.vonreichbauer@kingcounty.gov with any questions, comments or concerns. With Best Wishes,
Pete von Reichbauer |
