Spot Bid Date: Wednesday, January 14, 2009 This auction of surplus County items is open to all, including the general public and Government employees. Come join us every second Wednesday of the month, previews start at 10AM and bidding starts at noon. Registration form and auction catalog will be available at the auction site. The King County Personal Property section will accept bids in a "spot bid" format for the following surplus equipment: Approximately 50 lots of surplus office equipment, furniture, file cabinets. General Terms Previews: Day of auction starting 10AM. Auction Start time: 12:05PM Terms are "As is - Where is" and payment, in the form of cash, cashiers check or certified check, must be made the same day of auction by 1:30PM. Bank and Cashier's Checks must be made out to King County Finance. Registration and bid forms will be available at the sale location. All equipment shall be offered on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis without warranty or guarantee of suitability or fitness for the purpose for which it was intended. King County reserves the right to refuse any and all bids and the right to withdraw any items from the sale without prior notice.
